Guest access 🔑 Guests have full, private access to the entire house. 💡 Check-in is easy and contactless through a smart lock system. For a smoother check-in experience, we kindly request that all guests fill out our check-in form before arrival. This form will grant you access to our listing and ensure a hassle-free check-in process. Upon confirmation of your reservation, we will promptly send you the check-in form. Other things to note ✹ When booking, dynamic pricing per guest is used to accommodate different group sizes and keep rates competitive. Stays for up to 2 guests are included in the base rate. For groups larger than 2, an additional guest fee applies to help cover increased utility usage, extra amenities, and the added maintenance required for larger groups. This allows us to maintain a fair and balanced pricing structure for all guests. ✹ This space has been prepared for guests traveling from out of town! We love to host guests who have previously stayed in short term rentals and earned favorable reviews. ✹ While we appreciate the interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away. ✹ If you have any allergies or sensitivities, please let us know ahead of time. It will help us better prepare for your reservation. ✹ There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected. A noise monitoring device is installed inside the property. ✹ To ensure a seamless check-in and a clear understanding of the rental terms, guests are required to complete the following upon booking confirmation: ✔Upload a valid ID ✔Fill out the Check-in Form ✔Sign the Rental Agreement ✹ LEFT ITEMS: $25 will be charged on items that was left in the property on top of the shipping fee ✹ Early Check-in: If there is no reservation from the previous day, we can consider an early check in. Alternatively, you can book the previous day to guarantee the early check in. ✹ Late Check-out: Late check-out requests are rarely approved, as our cleaning team is scheduled to arrive promptly at 11:00 AM to prepare our home for the next guests. ✹ CRIBS/BABY GEAR: Let us know at least a week in advance if you’ll need a crib, so we can have it ready and waiting for your little one before you arrive! ✹ EXTENSION REQUEST: When you feel like time runs out too fast and wish to have more time in our home, we’ve got you covered. We’d appreciate it if you let us know as soon as you find out the need to extend your stay. We would like to inform you that we only allow extension requests until 12:00 am on your last day in the property. Any requests that come in after midnight while the cleaner is already scheduled for that day will have an additional cleaning fee. ✹ NOTE: We provide complementary consumables like toiletries which include soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, packets of creamer and sugar, and other bathroom amenities. For your convenience, we offer mid-reservation supplies replenishing at minimal cost.
