Treehouse of Center Hill Lake
We love hosting on Airbnb! Letting others enjoy the incredibly unique experience the treehouse offers is truly our passion; 5 decks, hot tub, trail to the lake (located on a beautiful cove), a few miles from Hurricane Marina. Can sleep up to 10 guests. I am confident this property won't disappoint & reassured you will want to visit again! Our lake has 18,220 watery acres with 415 miles of preserved shoreline - water sports are encouraged. MUST READ ENTIRE LISTING BEFORE BOOKING -AGE 25+! The space The Treehouse is very unique. You will not find another cabin on Center Hill Lake like it. Enjoy your morning coffee on one of our five balconies. Relax in the hot tub. Cook out on the charcoal grill we have provided or in the wonderful kitchen space. Hike down to the lake on our trail, which takes you to our own little cove! (Have a kayak? Bring it!) With Center Hill Lake being preserved & mountainous, it's almost unheard of that a house even has a trail to the lake, we got lucky! We have several board games/decks of cards. A large sectional to watch a movie with your friends/family. Or enjoy a nice fire with our gas fire pit while star gazing. We provide all cooking/grill utensils, Keurig coffee maker, paper plates, paper towel, & basic toiletries. Please bring your own spices, coffee for Keurig, cream/sugar, food, beverages. PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE LISTING; INCLUDING “THINGS TO NOTE” SECTION BEFORE BOOKING!! Too many guests ask questions clearly stated in this listing. All pros and cons are clearly stated here so there is 0 miscommunication. Guest access The entire home is accessible besides owner’s closet & indoor fireplace. Other things to note -If you're looking for extreme convenience this listing isn't for you. It’s a secluded home in a small lake town with incredible scenery, mountains, & PEACE. We're located about 10min off of the main road & at least 10 minutes from the nearest gas station or store. KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN BOOKING. Too many guests have false expectations. If you’re looking to relax & enjoy nature/lake life: this is your spot. -*This is considered a cabin but is a house on stilts in the trees; comparable to a treehouse. There are several decks & it is high off of the ground. DO NOT SIT ON ANY OF THE RAILINGS, you will be asked to leave the property. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS & ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!* --*NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE OF ANY KIND! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!* -NO PARTIES. Respecting our community is our top priority. -*NO PETS* - as much as we love animals, we do not allow guests to bring theirs (unless it is a service animal). The extra wear & tear on our beautiful cabins is a risk we will not take. -MUST BE 25 or older to rent this property no exceptions. We’ve had too many issues with this. - The indoor fireplace is not for guest use nor is it listed as an amenity. -Wooded areas around bodies of water are homes to critters such as but not limited to deer, squirrels, rodents, insects, reptiles. We have a pest control company visit quarterly/as needed; however, we cannot guarantee that any such critters will not be visible around the property. The presence of any such critters does not entitle the guest to a refund. When traveling to the state of Tennessee be sure to familiarize yourself/group on what reptiles & animals will be present in the area you’re visiting. -The trail to the lake is somewhat of a hike. It is our trail & on our property. & a 5-10 minute hike down to the water. If you're in decent physical shape this will be no problem. Our 60+ parents can do it. WEAR TENNIS SHOES. ;) With Center Hill Lake being a preserved lake & mountainous, it's almost unheard of that a house even has a trail to the lake, we got lucky! :) - Depending on the time of year, our "beach" area in the cove, could be less visible. This obviously depends on the water level. Which we have no control over. -The driveway is steep, please be cautious when pulling in & out and go very slow. - We do not provide kayaks. Canoe the Caney offers rentals and trips, is only a few miles away. - If you do not live in the state of TN it is imperative you do your own research on animals, insects, & reptiles that live in this state. Especially around bodies of water.
