With views of Fore street on one side and views across St Ives harbour to the dunes and Godrevy lighthouse on the other, we are sure you will be happy to sit and watch the world ,tide and weather go by from the comfort of Sunrise Apartment. The space is bright, light and spacious, with sun beaming through the windows from sunrise to sunset. This modern and stylish space is well thought out, the kitchen ready to go with all you might need. The large dining table is also handy for any 'work at home' holidays. The enviable position of this space means you can experience the treat of walking out of your door into the heart of town, a real luxury in St Ives. From popping directly across the road to get the best coffee in town, watching seals play in the harbour, to strolling the streets and golden beaches early morning when nobody is around. We unfortunately don't have a designated parking space for the Apartment, but please don't worry as there are plenty of long stay car parks scattered within a few minutes walk to the flat at a small price of around £8 for 24h. We will send you further information and all you need to know in regards to parking, once your booking is confirmed . Please note we are in the very centre of town, on Fore Street, the hustle and bustle is right on your doorstep, at times meaning it can be noisy early mornings due to bin collections and in the evenings due to nearby pubs and people. Our apartment has double glazed windows, yet being in the centre of town sometimes there may be live music played along Fore Street and at the pub opposite. You might want to be mindful if bringing a baby. Guest access You will have access to the communal entrance porch, stairwell and the entire second floor of the building. More often than not we can offer an earlier check-in time, and will notify you on the day of arrival once our housekeeping team have the apartment ready. Other things to note We are making sustainable choices to become more environmentally friendly, alongside an eco- friendly clean prior to your arrival, we have swapped certain household products for sustainable, renewable, biodegradable and recyclable ones.
