They are independent of the rest of the units managed by the Apart Hotel. In these units, there is no daily cleaning service, with replacement of bed linen and towels. There is no additional charge as we do not provide this service. The Flat is complete with bedding: sheets, blankets and bath towels. But there is no exchange of these items during your stay. Breakfast is not included in the rates, but you can order breakfast directly from the restaurant, located on the Rooftop. *For check-in, photo IDs of all guests will be required and each guest will receive an ID wristband. Guest access Vila do Centro has a 24-hour front desk and valet parking. Guests can also use the common areas such as the gym, swimming pools and jacuzzi. Other things to note NOTES: Wi-Fi internet available, with 1 router per apartment. The real estate company is not responsible for the quality of the signal provided by the local internet provider. If there is a signal drop, it will be necessary to wait for the technical team to resolve it. Each Flat has a capacity for 3 adults, (or 2 adults and 2 children). ABOUT PETS: Pets are welcome at the Apart Hotel (1 pet up to 8 kg per Flat, and making sure they are always carried or on a leash in common areas).
