The more info the better, especially if you don't have any reviews and/or have a larger group. -- This apartment has been lived in and loved which is appreciated by those who like some character; if you want a hotel-style unlived in space, this space may not be for you. ACCESSIBILITY: First floor (with 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining, kitchen and 2 balconies) is completely accesible for those with mobility issues; there's only 1 short step from the street into the building then the elevator takes you up to the apartment. The 2nd floor is only accessibly via steps within the apartment. MORE ABOUT THE SPACE: - Master bedroom, with a wonderfully comfortable queen bed, always stays cool and quiet since it's located far from the street and direct sunlight. - 2nd bedroom, also with wonderfully comfortable queen bed and sofabed, is also removed from the street so it's very quiet, although it gets sunny due to its glass ceiling that has special tinting and curtains to block out some heat and light. - Both bathrooms have spa-like showers; master bath has a huge bathtub for 2 people. - New, big, open kitchen with dishwasher floats between the dining area and living room area - Fully stocked kitchen (toaster, microwave, sodastream, smoothie maker) & pantry: you're free to use and consume anything in there! - Very sound insulated -- you can't hear neighbors - All the fitness equipment for a home gym: yoga mats & blocks, pilates bar, ankle & hand weights, exercise balls, resistance bands -- full gym across the street offering low trial fees to new guests CLEANLINESS, HEALTH, & SAFETY: I follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights: --I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob --I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination -- I clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists -- I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay -- I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines Guest access It's ALL yours.
