The space This is a three level condo in a quiet, beautiful loop of Styles Brooks backing up to lovely woods. Enter on the middle level to a mudroom where you can store your gear. The main level has a kitchen, full appliances, large dining room table to share a great meal. The cozy living room with wood burning fireplace offers a nice place to relax. This floor has a half bath and back deck with brand new barbeque to enjoy. A skylight make this level nice and bright. The upstairs level provides a loft-style bedroom with double sized bed, full bath and large walk-in closet. Full sized air mattress provides extra bed as needed. The lower level provides two additional bedrooms and full bathroom with shower/tub. One bedroom has a queen sized bed with brand new memory foam mattress. The second bedroom has two bunk beds with all new memory foam mattresses. Laundry is also on the lower level. You can take a shuttle or less than a 10-minute walk to the Stratton Mountain base, you’ll be able to enjoy restaurants, pubs, shops, and the spa without getting into your car. A car is needed to access off-mountain attractions, grocery store, etc. There are two private parking spaces for guests directly in front of the townhouse. Tired of skiing Stratton? We’re a short drive to Mount Snow (25 mins), Bromley (20 mins), and Magic Mountain (20 mins). Stratton is also ~30 minutes from Manchester Village, which boasts some of the best outlet shops in the Northeast. Guest access Guests have access to the entire townhouse.
