Cozy Chalet with Pool & Hot Tub

Nestled on top of a hill, with stunning, exceptional views, and without overlooking the village of Vabre and its valley, our Cosy Chalet is the ideal place for a stay in the countryside with family or friends. It has a small fenced garden for the safety of children and your four-legged friends. The space The Cozy Chalet: Facing south, completely renovated in October 2023, it is fully equipped for a comfortable stay for 4 people. It consists of a first bedroom with a double bed measuring 140 x 190, a second bedroom with two bunk beds and a living room with a very comfortable 2-seater sofa bed. You will have a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine + dryer, capsule coffee machine (Nespresso type), air conditioning and heating. Towels and bed linen is provided. You will enjoy private access to our heated indoor pool (and spa) from May 1st to October 31st. These are located in our house, right next to the Cozy Chalet. The pool and hot tub are located in the pool of our house (10 m from the Cozy Chalet), which is private for you during the day from 10 am to 8 pm at the latest (secure lock with RFID badge). Access is free and at no extra cost from 12 PM to 6 PM Your privacy and freedom are fully guaranteed when using the pool and hot tub. Being ourselves in love with animals and owner of two dogs who follow us everywhere, we are happy to welcome your furry friends, at no extra cost. A doggie bar will be available to them. The number of people upon arrival must correspond to the number indicated at the time of booking. If it is higher, please notify us and rectify the situation before your arrival (otherwise: refusal) Since we are in the countryside, you may encounter spiders, mosquitoes, ants, flies, voles, and dormice. This is part of nature, and even though we do a systematic cleaning, we cannot control their presence. If these animals frighten you, then we advise against booking. Booking implies reading and accepting all the terms of the listing. Guest access You will have access to the entire house. Access to our heated indoor pool is included from May 1 to October 31. The pool is in winter storage the rest of the year and therefore cannot be used. Access to the pool (and the spa) is free from 1 pm to 6 pm during the stay, except on the day of arrival: from 3 pm to 8 pm, and from 10 am to 12 pm on the last day. Outside of these hours, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and after 6:00 PM, access is via paid time slot reservations. The booking link will be given to you before your arrival. IMPORTANT: If, for any reason (pH imbalance, chlorine level, heat pump or filtration system failure, major leak, etc.), the water in the pool and/or spa becomes unfit for swimming, no refund will be issued for the stay. For hygiene reasons, infants (who are still wearing diapers or are not fully toilet-trained) are not allowed in the pool or hot tub. Also for hygiene reasons, no pets are allowed in the pool or the hot tub. The use of sunscreen is prohibited when swimming or using the spa. During heat waves and prefectural water restrictions, diving is prohibited (as well as barbecues) Other things to note Note: Sleeps: max 4 adults. Sleeping arrangements: 2 double beds / 1 single bed 90 cm / 1 single bunk bed 70 cm for one child only. 1 umbrella bed on request No infants or children who are not toilet-trained are allowed in the pool or hot tub. Pets accepted if clean, well trained and not too many (max 3) Any booking constitutes acceptance of the house rules and the conditions of use of the pool and spa.
