Welcome to our charming one-bedroom guest house in Poole, nestled on the beautiful South Coast of the UK. The guest house has been newly renovated and is located within a 5 minute drive to local beaches. Perfect for couples or a solo getaway. Sandbanks, Poole and Bournemouth are in close proximity, offering plenty of shops and restaurants. There are lots of activities available to enjoy nearby, such as paddleboarding, hiking, and cycling. We look forward to hosting your seaside getaway! The space Newly renovated, the guest house is equipped with all the essentials for a delightful stay, including a well-appointed kitchen, a spacious open-plan living area, and dining space. The lounge has a cosy L-shaped sofa and HD TV where you can watch live TV and use streaming services. The property has very fast wifi making it suitable for remote working. The bedroom has a king sized bed with a very comfortable Emma premium mattress, so you can sleep well after a day of exploring! Outside there is a private patio with furniture, where you can enjoy the sun in the summer. Guest access You will have private access to the guest house and patio. Other things to note Please note that the guest house does not have its own private entrance from the street and is accessed through a gate at the end of our garden (30+ metres from our house). It is not overlooked by our house.
