The space The compound has three separate houses. Two houses with 3 bedrooms (David, Alexander and Sophia Room) right next to the swimming pool and the other house with one bedroom (Emilia Room) is just a few steps away. The entire space is fully-fenced and has a wide open space perfect for group gatherings. Guest access The guests are allowed to use the villa’s open kitchen and dining area. The kubos around the compound are also free to use. During your stay The place has caretakers who are available from 7am-7pm for questions and inquiries. Other things to note AMENITIES: 1. Exclusive use of the swimming pool. Note: Pool water is chlorine-free and is being changed everyday. 2. Free use of kubos. 3. Basic toiletries are provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste). 4. Towels, pillows, bed linens and blankets are provided. 5. Free use of kitchen utensils (pots, pans, plates, spoon and forks, cups, other utensils) 6. Free use of refrigerator. Note: Let the caretakers know. 7. Drinking water is available for ₱50.00 per gallon. 8. Karaoke is available with a fee of ₱500.00 for whole day. 9. Caretakers can cook foods bought by guests with a fee of ₱500.00. OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES: 1. CAMPING: Bring your own tents. 2. BONFIRE: Clean up your mess. 3. EVENTS: Rentable chairs and tables are available with a fee of ₱1000.00.
