The Loosdrecht Lakes are part of the Amsterdam Lake District. From the terrace of the residence you can easily step into your boat. The Master bedroom is located on the ground floor with a bathroom "en suite", the other two bedrooms are situated on the first floor (one of them with two bunk beds). The accommodation has a full equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with a lovely fireplace. A Lovely terrace and garden and a loggia with a cozy seat. The accommodation is equipped with a big bridge / freezer, a dish washer, a washing machine, a dryer, an oven etc. Free WiFi and smart TV is available. Lay-out Via the roofed entrance you will reach the living room with sun lounge, fireplace and open kitchen. The master bedroom gives direct access to the bathroom. Both other bedrooms have sun decks and are reached by spiral staircase. The sliding French doors on the ground floor lead to a large patio and the adjoining loggia can be reached through a patio door, a perfect spot for sunny Dutch spring- and early fall days. Design The Panoramic residences have been traditionally risen with brick walls. The cavity walls as well as floors and roofs are well isolated. The sun lounge is fitted with hardwood posts and frames. All other frames are synthetic rotating-tumbling windows. The Panoramic residences have been roofed with low-maintenance glazed roofing tiles. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic cooker and other built-in equipment.
