Other things to note The property includes two separate homes (The Farmhouse and The Barn/Silo) located on the same lot, sharing the backyard and outdoor amenities. *Both homes have central air conditioning & heating* WINTER ADVISORY: Bear Lake winters are beautiful but can bring snow, ice, and rapidly changing weather conditions. Roads are maintained regularly, but we highly recommend 4WD or AWD vehicles and winter tires during the snowy season.
