With a large open living space you can all be together with the beautiful fully stocked kitchen and large dining table that seats 8 with , 5 additional seats at the island. The large living area is perfect to watch movies together and play games. Enjoy the walk in pantry and coffee bar. This home has two large king bedrooms on the main level, the primary master bedroom is off of the kitchen with a king bed smart tv and ceiling fan , huge walk-in closet and large walk-in shower. The other king bedroom spacious with a smart tv, ceiling fan and closet and there is a full bath on this main level as well, & laundry area. On the upper level just up the stairs, you will find two huge bedrooms with ensuite baths. Both guest rooms have walk in closets smart TVs and ceiling fans and two queen beds in the one guest room and a queen and twin bed in the other guest room. Enjoy fast wifi and a desk area for those work from home days. Or take your entertainment outside with the fire pit, and grill and large fenced in backyard with rocking chair porch. Also pet friendly with dig dishes and child friendly there is a baby gate and a pack and play and high chair always on the property. Plenty of parking with the two driveway entrances with the U-shaped driveway for all of our guests to privately park. Walk to stores and restaurants just a couple blocks away. The grocery store is three minutes away, along with our improvement stores and other shopping stores such as target and Marshalls, which are only about a 5 to 10 minute drive. Close to Holly Springs and Apex only about a 10 to 15 minute drive. And about 20 - 25 minutes to Raleigh this location is perfect if wanting to be close to the city, but not in the hustle and bustle.
