The Studio, Chesterford

This is a converted workshop space in beautiful Great Chesterford, near Duxford and Hinxton, conveniently located for rail and road connection to Cambridge and M11 businesses, and just a few miles from English Heritage Audley End and Duxford Air Museum. The workshop houses The Studio, a self-contained guest space including mezzanine bedroom, living-kitchen room and a private shower room. Our own separate workspace is next door. The space The space has a living and work area including desk, kitchen area & private shower room. There is a small double bed on the mezzanine above the living space. If needed we can adid another guest downstairs but only on a camp bed! WiFi is included. The annex is in the courtyard of our own village home. By arrangement you can use our laundry facilities in the main house, and a TV is available on request. Kitchen facilities include mini induction hob, microwave-grill, fridge freezer with chilled water. We provide filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle and essential cookware. We can provide a basic supplies service for breakfast goods. Access is easy to motorway and rail. 30 minutes by car to Stansted. Guest access The studio space is entirely for your use during your stay, although we may be in the adjacent art studio occasionally with your agreement. You are welcome to enjoy the large garden attached to our house subject to availability. Other things to note Please note we are happy to accommodate longer term stays on application. Our calendar does not show our full availability as we keep days in reserve for our own work guests, but we can release these sometimes on request.
