Located opposite the train station, while being 800 m from the city center and about 1 km from the thermal baths, you can relax peacefully! Guests can access the superbagnères station via the eggs or peyragudes by car 20 min away, several hiking trails are accessible nearby to enjoy the calm of nature. A bakery is within a 50 m walk . The space Located on the second floor without elevator of a renovated building in front of the train station where shuttles await you to take you to the lifts that in only 8 min will transport you to the heart of the Superbagnère ski resort. You can also enjoy the thermal complex and the thermal play center of the Luchon thermal baths. the apartment is composed as follows: A bedroom with a 140X190 bed in which there is a large closet for storage, A second bedroom with two 90 x 180 beds also with closet An equipped open kitchen, A living/dining room, a TV, a convertible click is available to possibly accommodate two additional people. A table with six chairs is available for dining. A very optimized little bathroom with a shower cabin and vanity cabinet A toilet A storage closet at the entrance A small balcony to enjoy the sun and mountain views Guest access Please respect the premises within the building and take good care of your belongings. Please wipe your feet at the entrance so as not to dirty the carpet in the hall and on the steps. Other things to note We were not there to check in and out, we asked Karine a third party and co-host to take care of you, guide you and answer your questions. The linens are not provided but can be rented on site if needed to Karine do not hesitate to ask her for the rates. Cleaning is not included in the price of the rental. It must be done when you check out everything must be in a state of property as upon your arrival...A deposit check of €50 will be requested upon your arrival for cleaning If the apartment is nickel the check will be returned to you and if not it will be kept and cashed by Karine. Also a deposit of €200 will be required upon arrival and returned upon departure, subject to no damage to the accommodation.
