This magnificent 400 m² property is surrounded by 1.5 hectares of Mediterranean vegetation and can accommodate 20 people. The Villa is located on a hill in a dominant position and offers views of the Ardèche mountains. This place is perfect for meeting with friends or family and creating unforgettable memories in Drôme Provençale in the land of Lavender. The space Accommodation Description: * Main house of 280 m² composed of a very large living room of 115 m² with open kitchen, dining room with 20 chairs and superb 7m high cathedral lounge. On the ground floor 4 bedrooms with bathrooms and private toilet in each bedroom, upstairs 2 bedrooms composed of 2 single beds each and a bathroom with wc. 30m2 dance / dancefloor track next to the living room with Marshall speaker, lights and foosball. * Two gites adjoining the house of 50 m² and 70 m² with each 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms-wc and living room with kitchen. In total you have 10 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms and 11 toilets. Air conditioning is present in all bedrooms and common living spaces. Villa Adhémar is located on 1.5 hectares of land. It has a large private car park and a 1000 sqm Mediterranean garden surrounding the pool. In this fenced garden, you have a shaded petanque court, ping pong table and charcoal barbecue (charcoal is not included). The 100m2 terrace is decorated with an outdoor table with 20 chairs and garden furniture. Its west exposure will allow you to admire magnificent sunsets. The 300m2 pool area is perfectly secure. The salt pool is composed of a small pool with a depth of 0.30 m to 0.60 m as well as a large basin of depth up to 1.70 m.
