Welcome to the charming Historic Robin Cottage, a Victorian cottage located in the Governor’s Mansion Historic District in downtown Little Rock. This historic cottage was built in 1895 and has been lovingly restored so it has all the historic charm combined with modern conveniences. The space When you walk into the cottage, you'll immediately notice the spacious feeling created by the 11 foot ceilings and the open floor plan. This small cottage packs a big punch with a full kitchen (and yes, full sized appliances including a full sized dishwasher), in unit full-sized stacked front loading laundry, two bedrooms (12' memory foam beds) with a ceiling fan, and a spacious bathroom that adjoins both bedrooms with a double vanity and walk-in shower. You'll find Roku Smart TVs in the living room (50") and both bedroom (32") where you can connect to your preferred streaming account and catch up on your favorite shows. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, pots, pans, toaster, cups, plates, and cleaning supplies. You'll also find a Keurig coffee machine with assorted coffee pods, sugar, and cream.
