Our dog will be kept separate behind upstairs fence to ensure that any pets have their own space. Other things to note This apartment is located on a half acre fenced lot. The unit is entirely separate with a private entrance however, outside spaces are shared. The upper level of the yard is gated to keep dogs separated but the yard and the BBQ are shared by guests and owners. The apartment is in the basement of our home. Some level of noise should be expected as with any apartment during the day. However, 7 PM-7 AM are quiet hours. Air purifiers can be used to create white noise if needed. The hot/cold water in the shower is backward but the sinks are correctly piped. The fireplace functions by pushing the upper right corner of the switch (marked with black dot).
