Skogrand year 1918

Welcome to Skogrand, which my great-grandparents Aagot and Olov bought as a summer house in 1918. It is centrally located 15 minutes from Trondheim Airport and 25 minutes from Trondheim city center. The house has all amenities and many small bedrooms. It is located by itself with a large plot and garden surrounded by woods and land but also right on the road with easy access and plenty of space for parking. The space Skogrand is centrally located about halfway between Trondheim and the airport and 2.5 km from Sveberg Shopping Center which has groceries, shops and food service. 2-3 km away is Midtsandtangen which is the most beautiful outdoor area around Trondheim with sandy beach, playgrounds for children, beach volleyball, skatepark and not least the cozy café Brød og Sånt which serves what I would say is the city's best baked goods. Guest access The whole house is available for the guests alone. The nearest neighbor is a farm located about 100 m away. Other things to note It is just over 2 km to the nearest bus stop located in Svebergkrysset at Sveberg Handelspark. It is possible to park for free at the commercial park and take bus no. 311 to Trondheim city center. Bus 311 also goes to Stjørdal in the opposite direction.
