Live like a local in Belfast at a great location! Perfect for solo adventurers or business travellers. Breakfast included. Room is quiet and has a comfy double bed with super fast WiFi. The space The room is on the first floor, so guests will need to be ok with stairs. The house is on a quiet street with good neighbours - peaceful for a good nights sleep. It's a traditional 1930s Belfast red-brick house. The house has been modernised and is cosy, however the staircase is steep so will not suit guests with limited mobility. Guest access Guests won't have access to the kitchen for cooking but can use the refrigerator for storing sandwiches or air-fryer for heating. There are plenty of eating-out options and takeaways within a few minutes walk and guests are welcome to bring food to eat. Washing machine is available for use and a covered porch area in the back-yard is available for drying clothes. This is also where guests may smoke, store bicycles or sit outside when it's sunny. During your stay We will welcome you at check-in, help with orientation and prep breakfast in the mornings (usually self-service depending on schedule). We live in the house so can recommend places to eat, things to see and help you book a taxi and advise on public transport etc Other things to note Supermarket at the end of the street. Many takeaway options within 5mins walk on Ormeau Road or Stranmillis Road. The Ulster Museum and Queens University are both a 15 minute walk through the Botanic Gardens. City hall is about a 30min walk.
