Kitchen: *Kitchen equipped with refrigerator, microwave, stove, water filter and basic items. Bathroom: *Total of 2 indoor bathrooms, 1 suite, and 1 outdoor (for use during pool and barbecues). *Swimming pool with waterfall and hydro, barbecue, pizza oven, stove, awning, lawn, area for hammocks and table for games, strategic exit to the main avenue of the Mall, with a hammock point in the middle of native nature. *Outdoor area to enjoy the pool and have a barbecue with the family and back gate with exit to the main avenue of the mall and lots of native nature! *Remember that we do not allow parties. Maximum number of 8 people in the house. Guests are not allowed. We accept small pets (maximum 2). Guest access The entire area of the house with exclusive pool. with the exception of the external room (not mentioned in the listing), where the owners' belongings will be. Other things to note Family home. We DO NOT rent to more than 8 people. You will need to provide us with the full names and details of each guest who will be staying at our home. We DO NOT allow parties or extra guests. One of the side windows of the room will NOT be opened. There is an air current between the 2 doors (entrance and back), in addition to the fan, making it possible to ventilate the room well in the summer. You are NOT allowed to enter the pool directly from the beach. Please always use the shower. Please let us know if you will have pets. Small pets are welcome. There is an additional fee. Animals are NOT allowed in the pool. We offer some beach chairs, but we suggest bringing extra. Attention: please bring bed/bath linen/toiletries, garbage bags, dish and floor cloths and basic cleaning items. *Take care of nature. Do not throw garbage and debris behind the wall.
