Characterful cottage located along a river branch, close to a forest and the Conches-en-Ouche equestrian center. On the ground floor: - 2 bedrooms, including the master bedroom equipped with a TV and private toilet - 1 bathroom - separate toilet - a fully equipped kitchen with high table (8 seats) - a dining room with coffee table (8 seats) - a living room with a traditional fireplace - a lounge area. On the 1st floor: - 3 bedrooms - 1 bathroom - separate toilet. Guest access Access to the entire house and the large garage which is outside the property (immediate proximity) and where the 2 fitness bikes are located. Other things to note Warning: - There are a few steps to access the house, as well as to get to the lounge area (the small living room) - the stairs to the 1st floor are a little steep - the sheets are washed but not ironed - no child protection at the upstairs windows or child barrier at the stairs.
