Guest access During your stay, you'll have full access to the entire condo, including: Living Room: Relax in the cozy living area with a smart TV and plenty of seating. Kitchen: Fully stocked and equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. Bedrooms: Both bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds, smart TVs, and ample closet space. Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms stocked with essentials like towels, soap, and shampoo. Private Balcony: Step outside and enjoy the fresh air or sip your coffee on the balcony. In-Unit Laundry: Washer and dryer are available for your use, with detergent provided. You also have access to one free parking spot right in front of the building. The entrance to the condo is secured, and you'll have your own key (or code) for easy access. You’ll have access to one designated and one guest parking spot in front of the building. Please ensure you park in the correct spot to avoid any issues with other tenants. Designated is labeled 2006 and guest is closest to side grass area. Wi-Fi Information: The condo has high-speed Wi-Fi for your convenience. The network name and password can be found in the welcome guide inside the condo. Feel free to reach out if you experience any connection issues. House Rules: Please no smoking inside the condo. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all neighbors. No pets allowed, in keeping with our policy. Check-In/Check-Out Times: Check-in: After 3 PM Check-out: By 11 AM If you need to adjust your check-in or check-out time, please message me ahead of time. I'll do my best to accommodate, based on availability. Air Conditioning/Heating: The condo is equipped with central air conditioning and heating for your comfort. Please feel free to adjust the temperature to your preference. If you have any trouble operating the system, let me know. Trash & Recycling: Please place trash in the designated bins located in the kitchen and under the stairs. Thank you for helping us keep the space tidy! Security & Safety: The condo is equipped with a secure entry system. Please ensure the door is locked when you leave and before going to bed. Fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, and carbon monoxide detectors are installed for your safety. Local Attractions: There are plenty of nearby restaurants, cafes, and parks for you to explore.
