Summerset Place - Southern Shores is located in the beautiful Maritime forest. We made our guest suite into a relaxing getaway with the use of the entire deck area with a shaded gazebo to relax under while listening to the birds. You will enjoy a cozy 4 room suite that is locked off from the main house, all the comforts of home. There will also be 2 bikes & 2 beach chairs for your use. The beach is slightly over 1 mile away. We live in the main house with our recuse dogs, Shep and Chloe The space Summerset Place has all the comforts of home. Once you go through the private entrance you will enter the den area with lots of natural light and a comfortable loveseat while watching TV. The kitchenette has a refrigerator/freezer, toaster oven, MW and Keurig Coffee maker and a blender. And a carousel with lots of spices. All dishes/cultery/glassware provided. There is no cooktop or range oven but there is an outside grill for you to use. I’ve provided cast iron pans, utensils, mittens, aluminum foil, and oil. Queen size bed has a soft mattress for a good nights sleep. Bathroom has a large vanity and a tub shower combo. And starter toilet paper, shampoo, hand soap, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, dish towel, towels and linens. Guest access Arrival & Parking: Parking is for 1 car only. We have motion lights, if you come in after dark to light up the gravel pathway leading to the steps going up to your private entrance. You will receive a code to your keyless entry the day before or day of arrival. Other things to note We are located in the beautiful Southern Shores area. Only a short bike ride or car ride to Southern Shores Marketplace. There you will have a Starbucks,Jersey Mikes, Food Lion, Marshall’s, Cosmo Pizza, etc. across from the marketplace there is a Harris Teeter and Walmart.
