Apartament Czadrów

Relax in a quiet neighborhood. We invite you to stay in a quiet neighborhood, comfortable, 4-bed, fully equipped apartment. Apartment Chadrów is located in Lower Silesia between Kamienna Góra and Krzeszów and is a perfect place to relax, as well as a great base for all mountain hikers. Karpacz, Szklarska Poręba or Jakuszyce are at your fingertips! Attention! We rent the entire apartment (75 m2). We do not rent separate rooms. The space The apartment offers the following: - a living room with a fold-out corner sofa, a 50" TV with a Cyfrowy Polsat decoder, and a glass coffee table - a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, induction stovetop, dishwasher, cordless kettle, capsule coffee machine (available), microwave, a set of plates, cutlery, pots and everything needed to prepare meals, as well as a table with chairs. - two bedrooms - one has two separate comfortable beds, a large closet with a mirror, and a desk. In the second, there are two separate comfortable beds and a dresser - a large bathroom with a toilet, sink, shower and hair dryer - a hallway with a coat rack, mirror and shoe cabinet - a separate room with a washing machine and a ceiling-mounted clothes dryer, which can also be used to store your belongings - a garden with a barbecue, a lounge set, and deck chairs, - the facility is equipped with bedding and towels. The apartment also has high-speed internet, free (secure) parking, and a garden where guests can have a good time by the grill and relax. The surrounding area is great for walking, cycling, and in winter for "ice swimming," and year-round for fishing in the Zadrna River that flows by the property. For fishing enthusiasts, we also recommend the Bóbr River and the Bukówka reservoir (16 km). The distance to the city center is 3 km (30 minutes on foot), and to the nearest store 1 km (10 minutes on foot). Guest access The Czadrów Apartment is entirely at the disposal of the guests staying there. Other things to note FACILITY RULES: The owners of “Apartament Czadrów” would appreciate it if you would follow these house rules, which are intended to ensure the comfort and safety of our guests. These Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the agreement and set out the rules for the provision of services and for staying on the premises of “Apartament Czadrów” from the time of booking and payment. 1. The Czadrów apartment is rented for overnight stays. 2. The check-in time is 3:00 PM, and the check-out time is 10:00 AM the following day. Early check-in or late check-out is possible after prior consultation with the owner of “Apartament Czadrów” (subject to availability). 3. The keys to the apartment are handed over directly by the owner of the apartment or his/her designated representative at the address where the apartment is located. If the Guest is unable to arrive at the agreed-upon time, they should inform the owner of “Apartament Czadrów” immediately. 4. The fee for the stay is paid in advance on the day of arrival, upon receipt of the keys, or after making the reservation to the account indicated by the apartment owner. 5. The keys are handed over on the day of departure in a manner agreed upon with the apartment owner. 6. Each time the Guest checks out of “Apartament Czadrów,” they should hand over the property, in the presence of the property’s host, in the same technical condition and state of cleanliness as it was when handed over to them on the day of check-in. 7. The guest is obliged to comply with the rules of good neighborliness, including quiet hours (from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.). It is prohibited for unregistered individuals to stay at “Apartament Czadrów” without the owner’s consent. 8. Hosting social gatherings in or in front of the apartment is prohibited. 9. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Violating this rule will result in a fee for additional cleaning of the “Czadrów Apartment.” 10. The Guest should immediately inform the owner of any defects arising in the apartment during the stay. Adequate monetary compensation will be charged for defects caused by the Guest. 11. In the event of losing the keys to the apartment, the Guest is obliged to immediately notify the owner of the apartment and pay a fee of PLN 200. 12. The number of people staying in the apartment is limited to the number indicated during the booking process. If it is larger, the owner of the apartment may request an additional fee. 13. The behavior of Guests using the services of “Apartament Czadrów” must not disturb the peace of the stay or the safety of the property owners. 14. “Apartament Czadrów” shall not be liable for the loss of money, securities, valuables, or items of scientific or artistic value. 15. It is prohibited to publish photos or other multimedia content that could identify “Apartament Czadrów” or any part of it without the written consent of the apartment owner. 16. If you have any questions, please contact the apartment owner or the property’s Host. 17. In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
