Lovely, small vacation villa 1 minute walk from the local bathing pond (with beach, pond bar and leisure facilities). Village center within walking distance (shops, coffee houses, inn, bank, hairdresser, etc.). Beautiful hiking trails and mountain bike trails in the immediate vicinity, cross-country ski trail approx. 300 m away. Nearby: Wachau World Heritage Site with famous towns as Dürnstein, Weißenkirchen, Spitz, Krems or Melk, including high-quality gastronomy and countless wine taverns. The space The house itself boasts a large, fenced-in garden with a south-facing terrace, play/lawn area and a small children's playhouse. A total of three bedrooms with double beds are available for up to 6 people. A small, sunny eat-in kitchen with dining area and table stove invites you to have breakfast. Directly opposite the kitchen are the cozy living room and a dining room. A small conservatory on the 1st floor is ideal for reading in comfort. The Ottenschlag vacation home consists of 2 floors and a cellar, in which there is a sauna, shower and washing machine. On the second floor, the entrance hall with checkroom leads to a cozy dining room, which is connected to the living room (TV, seating area) via an open passageway. Directly opposite is the well-equipped kitchen (stove with oven and ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, blender, toaster) with table and seating and a small dining area. It should be emphasized that the kitchen can also be heated using an old table stove. The bathroom with window, bathtub with shower option and 2 washbasins is also located on this level, as is an extra walk-in WC. A total of 3 bedrooms are located on the upper floor (3 double beds with separate mattresses), as well as a further WC with washbasin and mirror. Also on the upper floor is a conservatory, which can be used as a cozy reading room (books and various games are available). A well-behaved pet is welcome. Electricity costs are included up to € 30/week, additional consumption will be charged at € 0.35/kwSt. Heating is included.
