One allocated parking space available for each flat on the driveway, as signposted. If you have more than one car, you can use “on street” parking spaces alongside Cromwell way which is less than 2 mins walk (Please see the pictures). The house is located about 5 miles from Oxford city centre. There are a few bus stops with direct access to Oxford City Centre or Bicester village a few minutes’ walk away from the house. (Please see the pictures). 。 1.3 miles away from Oxford Parkway Train Station with direct and fast access to Bicester & London Marylebone. 。 2 mins walk from Miller & Carter Steakhouse. 。 2-3 mins drive from large Sainsbury's, Argos, Tesco, Island, Dominos, Superdrug, fuel station, corner shops, local pubs, restaurants, take away & other local amenities. 。 10 mins drive to Blenheim Palace (5.4 miles). 。 2 mins drive to Kidlington & Gosford leisure centre (swimming pool, Gym, Sauna, fitness classes, badminton, squash etc) 。 5 minutes’ drive to Oxford Airport, Kidlington Industrial Estate & Langford Lane ideal for those who work in the north of Kidlington. Beautiful walking and cycling routes nearby (please see the pictures). Other things to note The flat has a shared patio/garden. All of the large bins are also located at the back of the garden behind the fences, signposted for each flat. ⊹Green Bin: General Rubbish (non-recyclable) ⊹Brown Bin (Food and Garden Waste) ⊹Blue Bin: (Recyclable materials such as paper, plastic and cardboard etc.) ⊹Black Bin: Glass Only. → House Rules: It would be great if you could observe the house rules. There is strictly no party policy in place as there are other residents in the block. I would appreciate it if you could keep the noise to a minimum at all times, especially at night.
