Peaceful Villa, Indoor Pool

Indoor pool, heated year-round. Normandy house 1 hour 15 minutes from Paris. Accommodating up to 10 people, it offers an ideal space for families and groups of friends. Located in the countryside, out of sight, it has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen open to dining room + pool table as well as a cozy living room overlooking the indoor pool, heated year-round. Quiet and peaceful, surrounded by trees, it's the perfect place to relax and unwind. The space Family house with typical Norman architecture, completely renovated with materials from the region, lime, cob, exposed beams and cathedral roof, floor tiles with hardwood insert. Located in the Iton Valley, you will enjoy immediate proximity to the many monuments and castles in the area. Less than 1.5 hours from Paris, La Romane will quickly become your new base for your family holidays and weekends with friends. On the ground floor: - Large living/dining room with table convertible into pool table. High chair and baby cot are at your disposal if needed (to be specified when booking) - Cozy living room with large connected TV and fiber internet connection - Library of various books available for reading lovers - Buffet filled with board games of all kinds for all ages - Fully equipped kitchen with induction stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and Nespresso, kettle, raclette grill, rice cooker... etc. - Bathroom with shower and toilet - Laundry room with 17 kg washing machine + dryer - Single-level bedroom with double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe - A covered pool, heated all year round, accessible directly from the living room, with deckchair, games, buoys + secure access and surface alarm for child safety - a large south-facing paved terrace with garden furniture and BBQ Upstairs: you will find a bathroom with bathtub, double sink and toilet 3 bedrooms including 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds + very comfortable sofa bed. A children's corner for reading and relaxing in a very cute space. The Bedrooms 3 bedrooms with double bed 1 bedroom with 2 single beds + double sofa bed Sheets and towels are provided. Only bath towels for the pool are not provided. The Swimming Pool Covered and heated all year round, with a size of 3x7 m and a depth of 1.50 m across the entire bottom. Remember to equip the little ones with armbands and buoys as needed. The pool is directly accessible from the living room, closed with a safety latch and has a code surface alarm. Not overlooked from the pool. CAUTION: no parties or music are allowed in the pool because of the resonance of the enclosure which propagates the noise very strongly and inconveniences the neighborhood. Thank you for your understanding. The Garden A large 5000 m2 garden surrounded by trees and fields, fully fenced. Outdoor games available (molkky, rackets, balls, darts, etc.) for sunny days. A small pond is located at the back of the property (fenced, access prohibited). The luckiest will see, depending on the period, the different ducks, birds and deer that come to walk there. Parking Parking spaces in the courtyard, fully enclosed with self-closing electric gate. Digicode and badge are at your disposal. Guest access Self-access with access code. You will enjoy the entire property, fully private to you. The property is under video surveillance, which is deactivated upon arrival to ensure your perfect privacy. Other things to note Very well insulated house with double exposure: warm in winter and cool in summer. Central heating by heat pump with fluid inertia radiator for gentle heat in all rooms. Hot water is produced by an oil boiler (hence a slight odor in the laundry room). Cleaning: The cleaning package includes cleaning the house and its annexes, linen, beds made. Please ensure, before checking out, that you wash and put away used dishes and take out your garbage in the garbage cans at your disposal located near the entrance gate. Respect: Events are not allowed at La Romane (Birthday, party, bachelorette party... etc.) For the smooth running of your stay, you are asked to respect the neighborhood by showing restraint and good manners regarding the noise level. No music or parties allowed in the pool. It's not very funny, I know, but it's necessary to ensure everyone has a good time in the quiet of our countryside. Even if our neighbors are not right next door, they are lovely and we would love for them to stay that way ;-) Thank you for your understanding.
