Ideally located within the Menez-Hom Atlantique Tourist Office area and close to the beautiful Crozon peninsula, it will surprise you with its large, well-thought-out rooms and separate sleeping areas. The southwest facing veranda, open to the terrace and the large walled garden, is a real added asset. The space Spacious and friendly, it will comfortably welcome two families or four couples thanks to its thoughtful spaces and its independent floor. On the ground floor, the accommodation consists of a large living room with kitchen, dining room and living room directly overlooking the garden. The sleeping areas are spread out in two separate wings, ensuring comfort and privacy. One of them has a separate floor with two bedrooms, a shower room with toilet and a play area ideal for children. A large bedroom on the ground floor, close to the shower room and toilets, completes this wing. In the other part of the house, upstairs, a fourth bedroom with a queen size bed and a fifth bedroom that can be converted into a double bed or twin beds, benefit from their bathroom with toilet. Finally, the veranda offers a bright place to relax where young and old will enjoy sharing meals or getting together after a day of exploring Finistère. Guest access During their stay, guests have 3 parking spaces (2 in front of the house, 1 in the garage). Outside, guests will enjoy an extensive walled garden accessible from the living room or veranda and terrace , perfect for relaxing or playing outdoors. Other things to note The house is located a stone's throw from the town center, within walking distance, where you will find many services: bakery, grocery store with FDJ point, pharmacy, cafés with catering, garage, as well as a playground with slide, a tennis court and a basketball court. The gendarmerie school is also only 3 km away.
