I am here to ask any questions. The space The house is spacious, comfortable and well equipped to accommodate families and groups with practicality. On the ground floor, there is a large room with two large and comfortable sofa beds and television, ideal for rest and extra accommodation. The kitchen is complete, equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender and utensils such as dishes, cutlery, pots and pans. Also on this floor is a full bathroom, with towels, toilet paper and hot water. The house also has a service area, with a sink and clothesline, as well as a wooden table with chairs, which can be taken to the front porch and used by guests. Upstairs, access is via stairs. There is a bathroom with two doors, which can function as a suite when one of the doors remains closed, or as a shared bathroom upstairs when both are open. This bathroom has towels, toilet paper and hot water. The master bedroom has a double bed, ceiling fan, wardrobe, mirror and a balcony with a hammock and canal views. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and a trundle bed, ceiling fan, dresser, mirror, iron and pillows on all beds. Outside, the condominium offers a swimming pool, barbecue, sauna and parking, with a parking space available, as well as a view of the canal. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and can use all indoor spaces freely. They can also access the condominium areas, including the pool, sauna, barbecue area and parking, with a space for one car available.
