Historic apartment in the former brewery This apartment is a real special feature. It has been lovingly expanded/restored & enchants with its original beams & its special ambience. You will stay in the former rooms of the maids & servants under the roof in the original preserved room layout. The apartment with 4 bedrooms and a large living and dining area offers plenty of space for family or friends (4 bedrooms with double beds). The space Today, part of the former brewing materials warehouse houses a cozily furnished living and dining area. In addition to the elements to be preserved by the historic preservation office, it was possible to preserve other original building elements as well. For example, let the old posts, which were used to store sacks, or the inscribed beams transport you back to that era. Experience the charm of the top floor of this former, heritage-listed brewery building. Somewhere in the apartment, there is also a bird's nest – who can find it? ;) The apartment is about 150 sqm and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing holiday for the whole family. This includes a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, tea-making facilities, spices, vinegar, and oil. During the summer months, we also have fans and delicious ice cream in the freezer 😋 In the spacious living room with two sofas, there is a projector with a screen, which provides a cinema experience in the evening. The four bedrooms can accommodate up to eight people. In addition, a cot (60 × 120 cm) and a high chair are gladly provided if needed. The two bathrooms also offer every comfort, with a hairdryer, soap, shampoo and a washer-dryer. Each bathroom has a toilet; one bathroom is equipped with a shower, and the other with a bathtub. A staircase leads to the converted attic, which offers space for playing and romping around. With table football and games for young and old, even a rainy day can be easily passed. Guest access You can check into the apartment 24/7. The apartment has a parking space in the courtyard, so only one car may be parked here. If you are arriving with multiple cars, please use parking outside. For bicycles brought along, a storage facility can be provided after consultation. Other things to note The apartment is located about 2 km outside the historic old town of Schwäbisch Hall. This can be reached in 5 minutes by car or by bus that departs regularly from the front door. In good weather, a leisurely walk along the Kocher into the city can also be made. The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for cultural, artistic and natural experiences.
