Featuring 2 large bedrooms a queen bed in each room , quality linen & bedding , open plan living , full kitchen, street parking and a beautiful garden. Walking distance to the Rail lands trail, Pub, cafes ,shopping and the Main street . Absolute Maximum of 4 guests and Strictly NO SMOKING anywhere on or in the property. NO PETS The space Cottage at 22 is a beautiful cottage on the edge of the CBD - 5 min walk to coffee shops and the Rail lands trail or a 10 min walk to great cafe’s and shopping . The cottage consists of 2 large bedrooms with baltic pine floors , blackout blinds , high ceilings and ceiling fans . Bedroom 1 also has a feature decorative fire place and a TV . The lead light hallway takes you through to the open plan living , meals and kitchen area , also with high ceilings and ceiling fans . Through the door and over the original back step into the newly renovated study , toilet , laundry and impressive bathroom - complete with garden views . Take the time to sit on the front verandah and watch the world go by or head to the back yard for garden views and the perfect area to enjoy happy hour . The house has ducted gas heating and gas hot water . Ceiling fans in the 4 main rooms at the front. Park your car in either of the two driveways to the left of the house . There is no access to the garage or garden shed .1900’s charm with 2020’s comforts make this an ideal cottage to stay for couples , business people or a small family Guest access Cottage at 22 and the garden is all yours for the duration of your stay .
