On its own 500 sqm property it offers its guests an outdoor pool, well maintained garden with lounge set and barbecue, covered terrace with dining facilities, playground and private parking. With a living space of 135 sqm, on the ground floor there is a living room with SAT-TV and sofa bed for 2 guests, dining table, media room with sofa bed for 1 guest and SAT-TV, fully equipped kitchen, shower/toilet and smaller pantry with washing machine. From the living room there is access to the terrace with a dining table and comfortable seating overlooking the pool. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds, a shower/WC. The house has air conditioning on both floors. The interior and the garden have been partially refurbished for the summer season 2020. NOTE: Smaller pets up to a maximum of 10 kg are allowed. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
