The caretaker is available 24/7 for on-call assistance, should any issues arise during the stay. Other things to note Glasshouse Rules Guests must follow these rules during their stay to ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience Check-In Time: 3:00PM (no early check-in) 1. You can rebook your reservation only within 10 days prior to the original booking date. 2. An accurate guest count must be provided. Any additional guests will be charged: P400 per head for overnight / P200 per head for daytour (max of 8 pax including guest) (Guests exceeding 8 pax Unannounced guests will be charged 800 / per head) 3. Checkout time is 12nn (Late Check-out Fee P600/hour) 4. Sorry, pets are NOT allowed. This is to maintain a hygienic environment for all guests and to prevent any potential damages caused by pets. (Pet Penalty P3,000) 5. Cigarettes and E-Cigarettes are only allowed outdoors. Please dispose cigarettes and ashes properly. (Smoking Penalty P3,000) 6. Guests must inform the caretaker before leaving the house in order to obtain the keys. (Lost Key P1,000) 7. Guests must be aware of noise levels beyond 10 PM to avoid disturbing other residents in the area. 8. Please note that any missing or damaged item/s will incur corresponding charges. 9. The host are not liable for any incidents or accidents that may occur during your stay. We kindly ask that all activities conducted inside the house be safe. 10. If guests wish to decorate the place, they must first seek approval, and only paper tape is allowed for sticking decorations. Guests are also responsible for removing all decorations before checking out. 11. Do not use outdoor footwears inside the house. Please use the provided indoor slippers to keep the floors clean. 12. When coming from the pool, guests must use the bathroom access to avoid bringing water inside the house. 13. Lastly, it is also requested that guests take care of the Glasshouse as if it were their own to ensure its longevity and maintain its beauty.
