Central luxury family home

Unwind at this stunning recently renovated Provencal style property. This beautiful family home is a hidden treasure in the Southside of Dublin. It is close to the city centre, a walk to charming Ranelagh and all its fine restaurants and ten minute's drive to Dundrum where you can enjoy all the shops and entertainment under one roof. It's only a 4 minute walk to the Luas and a 5 minute walk to a child friendly park. There is a large garden with tree house and swings that is magical for all. The space The space… This house was remodelled only a few years ago. Every little detail and decision was considered to make this a beautiful, calm and inviting space. The house was designed with high end luxurious finishes including beautiful marble counters in the kitchen. We take pride in our property and really look after it and hope that anyone staying would be happy to do this too. Whilst the house is a beautiful space it is also a children's paradise as our three young kids have orchestrated a wonderful garden and play space for themselves. We have a huge big treehouse for hours of fun and make-believe, a, climbing frame, swing and trampoline that any child would adore. There is a playroom full of fun toys and games that you can use. We know how important it is for the children to be happy to make the overall holiday a success for the parents too! Adults can enjoy the beautiful leafy garden too as we have tables and chairs, loungers and a double swing chair so you can watch the world go by. The kitchen is an open plan space with all mod cons including two ovens, a microwave, kettle etc. There is a dining table for 8 people and we can provide a high chair if necessary. The kitchen opens out into the livingroom where there are a number of seating areas and a large flatscreen TV where you can use our Netflix and Prime if you wish. It’s a really inviting space to snuggle up. Additionally off this space there is a beautiful light filled conservatory with seating, a gas fire and also another dining area for 8 people. Downstairs there is the large playroom where your children are welcome to play with any of the toys. There is a downstairs toilet with shower and also a utility room with a washing machine and dryer that you can use. There are clothing rails to dry anything you want in the room too. Upstairs there are three double bedrooms available and if you have a smaller child there is a fourth room with a cot that you can use. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite with a bathtub and shower and the other rooms share a bathroom with a walk in rainforest shower. The rooms are tastefully designed in keeping with the house and have all the amenities you might need in a bedroom. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house with the exception of the master bedroom which will be closed off and the additional conservatory living room. We hope that our house feels like a home away from home for you. You are welcome to use anything in the kitchen that you need and the fridge will be full of condiments that you are free to use. We will leave bread and milk for you on arrival and if you need anything else specific to be there on arrival we can organise this for you so please don’t hesitate to let us know your specific needs. There is free on street parking directly outside of the house. We will always be a phone call away and will be happy to help with anything at all you need. We have a wealth of knowledge on the restaurants around town, activities to do with kids, tours etc and would be more than happy to help you plan your itinerary. Please note we have a 6 night stay minimum. Any requests shorter than this will be declined. Other things to note We have recently adopted a dog. Our dog will not be on the property during the stay but we wanted to mention it incase guests have allergies. It is a hypoallergenic breed but it can still shed.
