The exclusive vacation home is a historic villa from 1900 and was renovated in 2017 and furnished to a high standard and is considered a unique gem in an exposed location. The luxurious chalet is located in a large park next to our 4-star suite hotel Villa Ludwig directly below Neuschwanstein Castle. An oasis of peace awaits you in the immediate vicinity of Neuschwanstein Castle. The space On the ground floor is a large living room with an open fireplace with a spacious sitting area and a library with a reading corner. The conservatory with direct garden access has a unique view of Neuschwanstein Castle and invites you to relax. Next to the living room is a spacious dining room with an oval dining table and 8 chairs. The large kitchen is high-quality and modernly equipped and also has direct access to the terrace with a grill and garden furniture. On the 2nd floor you will find our large romantic double room with a canopy bed (also ideal for small weddings), satellite TV, large balcony with castle view and a separate toilet. A modern and exclusive bathroom with bathtub, large rain shower, double sink, hair dryer and cosmetic products and towels. Another double room with a box spring bed and modern furnishings can be found at this level. On the top floor there are 2 more large and modernly equipped double rooms with TV, 1 walk-in closet with pull-out armchair (for 1 additional person), 1 single room also as a relaxation room with sofa bed and 1 modern bathroom with shower and separate toilet. The luxury chalet Villa Ludwig has its own parking space, a large terrace with modern garden furniture and unique castle views. A large garden is available. The cottage is for self-catering, hotel services such as daily cleaning, breakfast or just bread service and use of the wellness area with sauna and Jacuzzi can be booked additionally on request.
