Nestled to the rear of the block it has exclusive use of the carport and rear section of the driveway. Behind the property is the Mornington Peninsula Steam railway which runs on selected Sundays. It does however have exclusive use of the carport and the rear section of the drive way. It is an ideal base for a weeks work with the space to keep a UTE undercover, a comfortable place to relax in the evening with a spacious lounge, large smart TV, well equipped kitchen and washer and drier. While primarily set up for work groups it is also ideal for groups who will be out all day doing activities and just need a comfortable place to come back to in the evening.
