Autumn Splendor is a 700-sf cabin perched on a hill with its quaint two-bedroom two-bathroom single story layout. It's a super clean cabin that accommodates 2-5 ppl and it can even accommodate your fur baby for a fee. The space Autumn Splendor log cabin is ideally located in the heart of Chimney Rock Village with mountain views and Lake Lure. Easily walk to the area's restaurants, bars, playground, park, pickleball courts, Flowering Bridge, boat tours, beach, kayaking, fishing, brewery and wineries. At 700sf this small but mighty cabin boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in a single-level living area. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom with the living and dining space in the middle of the house. With paved parking and super easy access to the cabin, this quaint two-bedroom two-bathroom home will charm and delight you with its mountain and sunrise views. The cabin accommodates 2-5 people, and includes a huge screen porch to protect you from the elements and critters – the perfect space to enjoy coffee in the morning sun or to just hang out and have some cocktails, enjoy dinner, or relax on the porch listening to the birds sing. The main bedroom has a super comfy queen-size bed with a closet area and plenty of space to unpack and organize your travels. There’s cable TV and Wifi for streaming on the smart devices. This bedroom also has a full-length mirror and mountain views. The main bathroom features a jetted tub for two which is perfect for soothing away a long hike or a day on the lake. It also has a shower and plenty of storage for your essentials. The second bedroom features a full-size bed with a twin bunk over it -- both with new comfy memory-foam mattresses. There's an on-suite bathroom and shower attached to this bedroom. There is plenty of storage to organize and unpack your suitcase and hang your belongings. Close the pocket door and enjoy reading a book from a bedside table, or watch your favorite program on the smart TV or DVD player. The living, dining, and kitchen areas are a combined space with all the amenities to make your rustic log cabin adventures authentic. The kitchen has basic appliances plus a microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and plenty of cooking utensils and supplies. It’s a small space packed with everything you need to enjoy cabin life, but the real enjoyment is the large screened porch which extends off of the living room. There’s plenty of seating and dining space on this huge porch so why sit inside when you can enjoy sitting outside playing games, putting together a puzzle, watching the wildlife, listening to the birds, and viewing the natural scenery -- it is truly outdoor living at its best! Also, a screened in porch means no bugs and critters, which extends the outdoor enjoyment. There are 3 smart TVs in this house with DVD players and provided DVDs and games. Just outside the main entrance is a gas grill and covered seating for relaxing while grilling. Outside and down a set of steps, is a shared entertaining space at the giant gazebo where your family and friends can gather to play games or grill out with a gas or charcoal grill. There's also a huge firepit area to relax and maybe make s'mores – whatever your desire, there’s plenty of outdoor space for all. Guest access The parking for each cabin is paved but each cabin can only accommodate 2 vehicles. Other things to note 5 or less people strictly enforced. Only one pet allowed at a flat $50 rate. Please check out our other neighboring cabin, Blue Skies, which sleeps 4 (no pets though) and Creek Waters which sleeps 7 (1 dog allowed for a fee) Please note there is no washer/dryer in this cabin.
