A cosy room surrounded with nature

This recently rebuilt property located in tranquil surroundings & near pristine beaches (within 5 km radius) is an ideal get-away from the busy city life. Come & experience the serene surroundings of coconut, betel nut, cashew, mango, guava, & banana trees – abundance of vibrant & flamboyant flowering bushes & saplings in the nursery – common & exotic birds (if you’re lucky, including Kingfishers, Hornbills, & Hummingbirds) – and yes, there’s a river nearby to complete the exquisite scenery. The space This property is our family home since last 22 years. It was recently rebuilt completely from ground zero and we added the first floor bedrooms. There are two large terraces that easily double up as places to sit-down and chitchat while watching the setting sun in the background. Guest access We are offering our guests a private room on first floor with an attached washroom. Guests are also welcome to access our spacious living room which has ample sitting space with a television. Guests have access to our two top terraces that have the views of the surroundings. And yes, we have a swing on the first floor landing common area and an even bigger swing in the front yard. During your stay We live in the same property and can help answering any queries about getting to and around the area. Other things to note We expect our guests to feel at home but also to keep the place tidy keeping in mind that this is a home and we would love to share it with our guests. A Maharashtrian vegetarian meal can be provided at INR 150 per person. Traditional local items like Ukadiche Modak, Puranpoli, Amras (seasonal), etc. can also be prepared subject to availability and with additional charges. Please check with host for the options. For all guest our kitchen timings are as follows:- * Morning Tea & Breakfast (included with room rate): – 8:00 am to 9:30 am * Traditional Maharashtrian Sit-Down (Pangat) Lunch: – 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm * Traditional Maharashtrian Sit-Down (Pangat) Dinner: – 8:00 pm to 9:30 pm Kindly note that in case of electricity load shading, we are equipped with battery backup system however we need your co-operation in case of emergency.
