There is free WiFi The space The apartment is situated in a peaceful, quiet neighbourhood. The apartment is well looked after and is always cleaned to an excellent standard. The property is a new build and is in excellent condition. The flat consists of a beautiful double bedroom and an open plan kitchen/living room, with French windows and a Juliet balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and contains a washer/dryer and a dishwasher as well as an electric oven, hob, microwave and smeg toaster and kettle. A Nespresso coffee machine and complimentary coffee pods are also provided. The dining table seats 4 people. The living room contains a large double sofa bed and a love seat. There is also a 55” smart TV with Netflix, Disney Plus, Amazon prime and YouTube etc installed. Guest access There is a free parking space in the car park at the rear of the property The flat is on the ground floor (with no stairs) Other things to note Self check-in is available at the property (there’s a lockbox on the door and the code will be provided before check-in). The front door is fitted with a ring doorbell for the safety of guests and the property and will only be checked if needed. We kindly ask that you do not smoke/vape inside the property. Parties are strictly prohibited IMPORTANT - we kindly ask that if you have booked for 2 guests and would like a separate set of bedding for the sofa bed to let us know in advance of your stay so that we can organise this.
