The home includes 2 beds, each with queen beds and one bathroom. The entire unit is private as well as the entrance. The shared backyard space is fully fenced. On-premises parking for up to two cars. The home is located on the west side of Rapid City, which is a great central location to access all of the Black Hills. The space The space is as mentioned, the lower level of a duplex. You will have your own private entrance which takes you immediately to the lower level which is fully private and separate from the upper unit. Pets are welcome to join you here during your time. Guest access Guests have access to the entire lower unit which is fully private and separate from the upper unit. Other things to note The home is minutes from biking, hiking, golfing, and fishing. Frisbee golf and parks are also nearby. Grocery store within 5 minutes. Ten minutes or less from downtown Rapid City for access to entertainment and many eating establishments.
