Cozy house in Södra Dalarna

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Welcome to our simple but cozy house in Bergslagen, Södra Dalarna. Excellent as a starting point for beautiful nature experiences. The house is surrounded by a 1800 sqm plot with apple trees, berry bushes and grass areas. The space The house: Older house with patina and personal charm. When we are not in the house ourselves, we rent it out, and hope you will enjoy it. Living space of 67 sqm consisting of an entryway, kitchen, living room, bedroom, small sleeping alcove and bathroom with toilet and shower. Floor plan with walk-around. One flight of stairs up there is a small attic room with two beds (steep stairs). A total of 6 beds in the house. The rooms: Hall: large, generous hall with windows. Kitchen: Simply equipped kitchen with four seats, hot and cold water, small fridge and freezer, electric stove and oven, kettle, Bodum coffee press & toaster. Bedroom: Bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and a 90 cm single bed. Door into the kitchen from this room. Opening to the living room from this room, without a door. Alcove: One sleeping space in alcove with an 80 cm bed. Window. Please note that the entrance to the bathroom is from this room. Attic room: There is another small bedroom in the attic with slanted ceilings and a small window. There are two 80 cm beds. Note that it is a sloping roof, so low ceiling. Steep stairs! Living room: Sofa and chaise lounge for recovery. Dining table for 4-6 people. Lamps, shelf. Toys for children. Yard: Around the house there is a 1800 sqm plot. There is an apple grove with seven apple trees, hammock, hanging chair and swings in summer. There is also a trampoline for children. Small barbecue grill and outdoor furniture. On the property, there is also an old greenhouse and grass areas to play, for example, kubb. We have a cute little cottage too, but it's not ready yet so we don't rent it out yet. But you can sit on the terrace and enjoy some peace and quiet. On the property, there are also rhubarb, currants and plum trees. It is perfectly possible to park one or two cars on the driveway. Guest access The living space in the house and garden! Other things to note Worth noting: - Outside the property boundary along one side is a road (70 km/h). The other three sides of the property border face meadows and forest. There is no Wi-Fi. No TV. No washing machine. No dishwasher. Final cleaning is not included - the guest cleans before departure. - Heating: On the living level, heating is via an air pump (located in the living room) that regulates heat and cooling as desired. Additional electric elements are available if the need arises. During colder seasons, the floors can be cold. - Garbage & recycling: disposed of in green containers that are at the entrance /(Note: must be left there, may not be moved). We recycle, sort residual waste and food waste. Emptying takes place every other week. - Municipal water. -Private sewer. -Pets: are welcome but not on sofas or beds, no scratching on furniture! We have a cat ourselves. Please let us know at the time of booking what kind of animal. -Smoking: prohibited indoors. - Upon arrival and departure: water and water heaters in the basement/ground floor must be switched on and off, respectively.
