Inside, the open-concept living space features ocean views from two bedrooms, seamless access to the pool deck, and a fully stocked kitchen with premium appliances, including a wine fridge, Keurig, drip and French press coffee makers, and all the essentials for home-cooked meals. The dining table seats eight comfortably, making this home perfect for gathering together after a day on the water. On the ocean side, this usually happens in summer/fall while gulf-side canals see it more in winter/spring. By booking with us, you agree to our rental terms, which include: *Guests must provide a valid email address at time of booking to ensure timely delivery of the guest agreement via Docusign. *For the safety of all guests and the property, a basic background check may be conducted on the guest. By booking, you consent to this screening. All information is handled confidentially and used only for verification purposes. *Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM Sunday through Thursday, and 11 PM – 7 AM on Fridays and Saturdays. No parties or events. *Primary renter must be 25+ (30+ for select homes). *Smart home tech monitors decibel levels, occupancy, and basic utilities (no cameras in private areas). *Pets require pre-approval and a fee. No unauthorized animals allowed. *Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are strictly prohibited. *Bed Bugs: Property is inspected and confirmed clear before each stay. Any found are presumed guest-caused unless proven otherwise. Guests must vacate without refund and cover treatment costs. *Guests must follow checkout procedures and house rules to avoid fees. *Pool/spa heat is not included and may be added for an additional fee. Spa heat is not sold separately. *Pool heat temperature is not guaranteed and no refunds will be given due to pool not reaching a certain temperature *By booking, guests authorize charges for damages, violations, or unpaid balances and waive chargebacks. *Legal disputes are governed by Florida law and handled in Monroe County.
