The house has 3 en-suites with air conditioning, double bed and mattresses to accommodate up to 10 people in total. It has a swimming pool and a half bathroom outside the house. It has uncovered garage for up to 2 cars. Open concept gourmet area with BBQ. In the house there is already a duplex refrigerator and brewery. Included in the kitchen is the basic utensils for preparing meals. There is a washer and tank in the laundry room. The house is newly built, in a quiet neighborhood.
