One bedroom flat with private terrace
Description
!! Longer rental possible into Dec 2023, message for this :) Pretty one bed flat with terrace on an amazingly picturesque and quiet Victorian Crescent in Notting Hill. High ceilings and huge Victorian windows make this small flat bright and airy even though it is compact in size. This is my home and I love living in this fab area of London and I am sure you will too. Notting Hill is full of amazing places to visit locally and so well connected to central London, its the dream location. The space I have decorated the flat to reflect the light that streams in through the massive Victorian windows. I love spending time on the private terrace in winter and summer so have made sure that this area is well furnished too. I have added a large table to the terrace since the pictures were taken. Ideal For hosting dinners or sunny breakfasts. The sleeping area is small but functional, with a double bed and electric wall mounted heater. The living area is a bright space that accommodates a large sofa, TV and a table for eating. The kitchen is small but very functionable with everything you may need - hob, cooker (both less than one year old), microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine. The bathroom is slightly dated but great water pressure in the shower and constant hot water. Guest access The building is on a quiet crescent street. Access to the flat is through a shared front door and communal hallway. The flat itself has its own front door and is on the first floor up two flights of stairs. Parking is limited locally but there are some pay-as-you-go spaces available on adjacent streets. Nearest underground stations are: Royal Oak 5min walk Westbourne Park 7min walk Notting Hill Gate 12min walk Paddington Station 20min walk Other things to note The flat has a gas fire and electric heater in the main living room and a wall mounted heater in the bedroom.
