The apartment is located in the Condamine district walking distance to the food market (Marché de Condamine - delicious) and Port Hercules where the main stands for the Grand Prix are located overlooking the tunnel and La Rascasse bend. Incredible central and convenient you are just 5 minutes walk from the train platform taking you to Nice or the Airport in 30 minutes. The space A cool chic place in the middle of the Monaco skyline with stunning multidimensional views of the mountains, Princes Palace, the city and a partial view of the F1 circuit. High ceilings with windows on 3 sides creates a luminous typically bourgeois experience. Perfect for a couple who wants to enjoy the Grand Prix but still wants to enjoy a romantic time together. This 1 bedroom apartment has a living area with a large 'L' sofa surrounded by plants. If you feel like cocooning switch on the TV to cosy up. Alternatively stay analogue and put on a record or read a book from our collection (English, French or German). This comfortable lounge hasa window overlooking the city and beautiful tall french doors opening onto the balcony with a breathtaking view of the mountains, cityscape and F1 track. The balcony is marvellous in May and enjoy your meals overlooking the city and the Palace. At night the city comes alive with lights and is incredibly romantic. The bathroom and shower are separate (typical for France) and ideal for a couple. The essentials (fresh towels, organic shower gels and shampoo) are provided. There is PLENTY of fresh espresso, a ROKU expresso maker (it makes the BEST coffee), fresh milk and a milk foamer provided. We also provide a selection of local wines and champagne for you to enjoy. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials for cooking (olive oil, salt & pepper) along with quality appliances (incl oven) and cookwear. If you choose to go shopping for some Mediterranean fare (we recommend the market just downstairs) you will have no problem preparing. There is a dishwaser (tablets provided) and a washing machine (tablets provided). The bedroom is equipped with a super king size bed (180 x 200 cm) and fresh Egyptian cotton 1000 thread count sheets and anti-allergenic bedding and pillows (no feathers). There is a full length mirror and his & her open wardrobes with plenty of space for clothing for all seasons. With windows on two sides it is bright and airy but with shutters it can be made dark and perfect for a couple on a romantic holiday in the Cote d'Azur. The apartment building is located at the entrance to the Monaco train station and the building is accessible by key code. The apartment has an elevator.
