Welcome to De Schuur, a cozy guest house in the green heart of the Netherlands near major cities such as Utrecht, Rotterdam and Breda. Enjoy peace, space and views of the Dutch polder landscape – from the breakfast table or in your private garden. The accommodation offers a cozy living room, kitchen and bathroom. . The space 'De Schuur' is the place where guests can enjoy peace, space and the outdoors. With a view of the polder landscape, you can enjoy your fresh cup of coffee at the breakfast table. Of course, there is also binoculars ready for you to see which animals all live there in the polder. THE KITCHEN During your stay you have all the modern comforts. The kitchen is fully furnished with an oven and fridge/freezer combination. The wifi code can be found in the information folder (on the grey cupboard) , along with useful tips and important contact numbers. THE LIVING ROOM The living room is tastefully decorated with a comfortable sofa and two lazy chairs. There are several (photo)books about the region to watch. For small children (up to 8 years), a box of toys is ready. BEDROOMS Two bedrooms upstairs with two comfortable double beds. These rooms are heated by an electric heater. HEATING Located on the ground floor is the thermostat (next to the bathroom door), so you can easily control the temperature. The stay has energy label C and is therefore well insulated. THE GARDEN In the garden of De Schuur there is a barbecue to grill a nice piece of meat/fish/vegetables and there are several seating areas around the cottage. In short: The Barn combines rural comfort in a unique place. – you will immediately feel at home. Guest access The barn is entirely available for you. In addition, you also have a private south-facing garden and a north-facing terrace at your disposal. Other things to note The barn is relatively close to the A27. You may hear the highway.
