Loft Paraty Caborê - 01

Condominium with 7 apartments, we rent from the owner (who lives upstairs), for subletting work on Airbnb. LOFT No. 06 on the ground floor. The loft is SIMPLE, but cozy. It has a double bed and a single bed, if there is a 4th guest, a mattress on the floor. Mosquito net on the window. Kitchen with minibar and TWO-burner gas stove, no oven, basic utensils for small meals. There is a small balcony with a hammock and ceiling fan in the bedroom. There are neighbors. The space The condominium has a large, wooded backyard, where you can leave your car. The interior space is SMALL, with the essentials for a comfortable stay. It has a small balcony. Our loft is apartment number 06 (ground floor). It is not possible to make the schedules more flexible: - Check-in after 5 p.m. - Check-out by 3 p.m. WE DO NOT PROVIDE BATH TOWELS. Available in the loft: -Double bed, with 4-piece sheet, bedspread and blanket; - Single bed - (>>for the single bed we do not provide bed linen). - Extra single mattress on the floor only when there is a reservation for a 4th guest -Table with 2 chairs; - Nightstand with lamp; -Kitchen utensils (pots, cutlery, meat board, dishes, glasses, cups); -Plastic strainer; - Paper filter; - Pillows (2); - Cushion (1); - Niche below the mirror; - Minibar; -2-burner gas stove; -There's no oven; - Clothesline and -Rugs. any damaged goods must be replaced or reimbursed at their updated value; stained bed linen will be charged the laundry fee; Guest access THE SERVICE AREA IS SHARED. ☆☆☆GUEST -- YOU CAN USE THE TANK. The washing machine is not ours, so use is not allowed (it belongs to the condominium owner) - OVERNIGHT STAYS BY PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT CONFIRMED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING ARE NOT PERMITTED; (if this occurs, Airbnb is notified for payment of the extra people before check-in); - Do not enter with the shoes you wore on the street; - Noise is not allowed after 10 p.m.; - No parties/get-togethers allowed. - Every utensil used must be sanitized after use, including stove and minibar, as well as plates, glasses and cutlery and other objects; - If you lose the key, you will be charged R$ 50.00; - If you break a glass, plate or cup, replace it, or you will be charged for the entire set; - Do not leave the fan on when you leave. - Leave only the balcony lamp on when you go out at night, but turn it off when you go to sleep; - The gate must be locked at all times; - Be careful not to stain the bed and bath linens, as they will be taken to the laundry room and the amount charged will be passed on to the guest, who, if refusing to pay, will be contacted by Airbnb for reimbursement of the item in question; We wish you a memorable stay.
