This 1920's two flat across the street from the Rock River is just minutes from downtown Dixon, the bike trail, White Pines, Castle Rock and Franklin Creek State Park! The second story unit has it's own entrance and offers spectacular river/tree top views. The unit includes 2 bedrooms one with a king bed, another bedroom/yoga/workout room with a twin bed, a full kitchen, bathroom, dining room, sunroom, and den. Laundry in basement. Long Term rentals of more than 5 days limited to 1 person . The space The space has lots of windows and natural light along with an open floor plan. Den has a roku smart TV and high speed wi-fi . There is a separate washer and dryer in basement for the upstairs unit. Guests can sit out on side patio. Grill available. Guest access Entire upstairs unit and separate front door entrance. Laundry room. Two bikes and fishing poles are available for use. River walk to Page Park and or downtown Dixon. Other things to note Long Term rentals of more than 5 days are limited to 1 person.
