L'EAU, charming cottage, air-conditioned with pool

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene accommodation located in an old Charentais farm. Le Clos des Séguineries offers 6 charming cottages with heated swimming pool from June to September on a hectare of enclosed land. 20 minutes from Saintes, 30 minutes from Royan and 40 minutes from Cognac; between history, archaeology, museums, castles, amusement parks, ocean, rivers, estuary, etc., you will spend a rich and varied vacation mixing rest, fun activities and cultural visits. The space L'EAU is a charming 90 m² (floor area) cottage designed for a maximum of 5 people (including a baby). Upstairs you will find 2 beautiful attic bedrooms on the mezzanine, each served by a staircase (see photos) . The 1st with a bed of 160 cm and the 2nd with 3 beds of 90 cm, one separated by a partition (small alcove). On the ground floor is the shower room-WC, a beautiful very cozy living room with exposed beams and stones (2 sofas, armchair, TV, pellet stove) open to the living room and equipped kitchen. This cottage has a private and flowered garden: terrace and garden 70 sqm, with garden tables, parasol and sunbeds. Le Clos des Séguineries is fully enclosed and you enjoy a large green space with games (ping pong, swings, pétanque court, etc...) and the heated swimming pool from June to September to share with the holidaymakers of the Clos des Séguineries. Linens for beds are provided. The beds are not made on arrival. Includes a flat rate of 15kWh per day of electricity. Optional cleaning fee (contact us). Other things to note The fenced and secure pool is open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and children's swimming is under the responsibility of the parents. The cleaning fee is not included. Vacationers must properly maintain the premises and make the cottage as clean as on arrival. A security deposit of 300 euros is required at check-in.
