Take a break! We, Chiara and Leonis, invite you to our retreat in the Ammergauer Alps. We would like to offer you an idyllic refuge where you can find relaxation and inspiration between modern comfort and the natural beauty of the mountains. Every visit should be a beautiful experience, where you can leave the hustle and bustle of everyday life behind you and draw new energy in the tranquility of the mountains and the Ammergau lakes. The space The property is located in a traditional Bavarian vacation home, which we have equipped with modern and warm furnishings. The absolute highlight is the huge wrap-around balcony (50 m²), which is accessible from every room and faces east, south and west. No matter what time of day, the sun can be enjoyed on the quiet balcony - whether for a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Please do not be surprised that the balcony has different floor coverings on each of the three sides, it is just an older Bavarian house :) The kitchen is fully equipped and offers enough space with a large dining table to have breakfast in detail or to enjoy dinner together after an active day. In the living room, you will find a large sofa, a cozy reading corner with books and an old treasure chest with some games to end the evening together. If you come with children, you will find a lot of nice toys under the bed in the second bedroom, so that even on a rainy day "inside" you will have a nice activity for the little ones. In addition, you will receive two Tripp Trapps and a travel crib for babies. The bathroom is equipped with a large bathtub with shower, where you can relax after an active day with plenty of space. For maximum comfort, we offer bed linen, towels and shower towels as well as dish towels and washing accessories. We also have warmer or colder blankets for you to choose from. You can find everything in the large farm cabinet in the living room, where you can help yourself if necessary. Guest access We have a washing machine and dryer in the basement, but please make sure to use them only between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm. Quiet hours in the house are from 10 pm to 7 am. Since there are other parties living there, we ask you to comply with this :) Otherwise, there is a bike rack in the small front yard, but please note that it is not covered. Other things to note We provide each guest with the Königscard from the day of arrival to the day of departure and thus over 200 free experiences. The guest card for Allgäu, Tyrol and Upper Bavaria allows you to discover the peaks of the Alps, enjoy the picturesque lake landscape by boat, experience adventures in the high ropes courses of the area and much more. Choose from a wide range of activities such as guided cycling and hiking tours, museum visits, mountain railway rides to breathtaking views or even roasting your own coffee to create your individual dream vacation.
